1. AI Image Processing & Data Privacy

At everygenai.app, we prioritize privacy and transparency regarding image and prompt processing.

1.1 Purpose Limitation

We process uploaded images ("Input Data") and generated images ("Output Data") only to provide requested AI features. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing or profiling purposes.

1.2 No Model Training Commitment

We do not use your uploaded images, generated outputs, or prompts to train, retrain, or fine-tune our proprietary AI models unless we explicitly ask for and receive your separate consent.

1.3 Data Retention and Deletion

Deleting an asset removes it from your account views and disables access through your file links. This action does not permanently erase the stored file. We retain the original input and generated output, associated task records, and the time and account responsible for deletion for abuse investigation, security, and dispute handling. Retained assets remain private and accessible only to authorized administrators. Contact us using the details below for requests concerning retained data.

1.4 Secure Processing Infrastructure

We use encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL) and trusted service providers to process data. These providers are contractually required to protect data and are not permitted to use it beyond service delivery.

1.5 User Control

You can manage or delete your content and account data using account tools. You may also contact us to request additional support.

Google Analytics and Advertising Measurement

We automatically use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, completed registration, successful AI generation, checkout initiation, and purchases. Measurement may include browser and session identifiers, page paths, product and plan identifiers, transaction identifiers, currency, and payment amounts. Server-confirmed events may be associated with the browser session in which you used the service.

Conversion information may also be shared with our linked Google Ads account to measure campaign results and improve advertising. We do not include your name, email address, prompts, uploaded files, generated content, or payment card details in these analytics event payloads.

Analytics and advertising measurement start automatically when you visit the site, without a Cookie preferences prompt. Personalized advertising is disabled in our Google measurement configuration. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. Essential account, security, payment, and service records are maintained separately.

Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's Privacy Policy.

We also automatically use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and, where configured, Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions. An automatic measurement session cookie may be kept for up to 180 days to link service events. This session record is not a record of a visitor accepting cookies.

You can manage cookies through browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if certain cookies are disabled.
